Satisfaction First: 14-Day Worry-Free Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is key for us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase on Orah’s website for any reason, you may return it to Orah for a full refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the Product is delivered to you, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.
The main part of Orah 4i system are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the periods listed below from the original date of purchase or from the date of delivery of the Product to you. If a proof of purchase can't be provided, the purchase date shall be calculated three months from the product's manufacturing date and the product shall have the same warranty period.
Orah's sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Orah's sole discretion. Replaced or repaired Products will be warrantied for the remainder of the original warranty period. Please note that this warranty only applies to Products that have been purchased directly from Orah, and only to the original purchaser. The warranty does also not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligent handling, lack of reasonable maintenance and care, accident or abuse by anyone other than Orah.

Ethernet cable with 90° RJ45 connector: Ninety (90) days
